Shipping & Delivery Policy

We currently offer international shipping to the following countries and cities:

Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Bulgaria, United Kingdom.

International shipping fees are in HKD

We offer free shipping for orders from Hong Kong and Macau over HKD 600. For orders below HKD 600, a shipping fee of HKD 30 will apply.

For international orders, the following criteria apply for free shipping:

  • Singapore: Free shipping for purchases over HKD 1,000
  • Canada, United Kingdom: Free shipping for purchases overs HKD 2,000
  • South Korea, Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, Australia, New Zealand: Free shipping for purchases over HKD 3,000
  • France, Germany, Italy, Bulgaria and other countries: Free shipping for purchases over HKD 5,000

International shipments typically take between 7-21 business days, although the delivery time may vary for each country. Shipments to Hong Kong and Macau usually take 1-7 days. We ship from Hong Kong SAR.

Parcel Tracking:

For Hong Kong and Macau orders, you can track your package at SF Express using the tracking number provided.

For international orders, you will receive the tracking number via email.

La Thea accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, American Express, and Mastercard.

We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped on the next business day following your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email within 24 hours. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated. If you encounter any issues, please email us at info@latheacosmetics.com

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.

These fees are levied once the package reaches its destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. You may also be required to pay a brokerage (handling) fee for the shipment. These charges are separate from the shipping charge, and you will be billed directly for them.

Please note that La Thea is not responsible for any import taxes, duties, and customs fees that may be incurred.

La Thea is legally required to declare the actual value and contents of each package shipped internationally. We cannot mark the value of the items lower or ship packages as gifts to avoid customs fees or duties.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we do not offer direct exchanges on La Thea products.

Unfortunately, we are unable to modify your order once it has been confirmed.

If you need to cancel your order, please email us at info@latheacosmetics.com as soon as possible with your full name and order number. We will make every effort to accommodate your request to stop the order, although this cannot be guaranteed.

We sincerely apologize if your La Thea package arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged items. Please email us immediately at info@latheacosmetics.com. Kindly include photos of your packing slip and any damage incurred.

To facilitate the exchange process, please provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) to be returned
  • Reason for the return


  • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item to La Thea and ensuring the safe delivery of the return.
  • Original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders and shipments.
  • La Thea is not liable for lost or stolen packages, customs duties, or fees required by customs. We are unable to ship out replacement packages for such cases.
  • La Thea assumes no responsibility for any mistyped delivery addresses provided during the order placement.
  • The following items are not eligible for returns/exchanges:
  • Items reported after 7 days from the date of receipt
  • Items that have been opened or used
  • Items with traces of scent, cigarette, perfume, or stains on the packaging
  • Items intentionally damaged, including damaged packaging or washing damages,
    even if the item was defective upon arrival
  • Items without a record of purchase on our official website,
  • All goods returned without prior notice or against the denial of return by our
    Customer Service team will not be accepted.

**Avoid contact with products in the eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water.

In the unlikely event of irritation or allergic reactions, discontinue use and consult a medical professional immediately. However, La Thea is not responsible for any fees related to medical treatment. We strongly recommend conducting a patch test or consulting your healthcare provider before applying our products.
